These types of lift chairs are intended to keep you extremely comfortable even when in a sleeping position. They are made with an all-steel lift frame and a 4-motor infinity recliner mechanism for a quiet and smooth operation. They come in different sizes and materials for you to choose from for maximum style ad comfort. Many injuries are sustained and aggravated as a result of lack of support or balance when sitting or standing. You have an increased risk of developing pressure sores especially if you suffer from a reduced range of mobility. The Trendelenburg & Zero Position Lift Chairs allow for you to have your lower body rise higher than your upper body. These types of Lift Chairs are ideal if you suffer from specific ailments such as acid reflux or circulation challenges. Similar to other lift chairs, they also come in a variety of colours, fabrics and styles.
If you live a more sedentary lifestyle and experience swelling in your legs due to poor circulation, this zero position lift chair is ideal for you. You will be able to position your lower body higher than your torso which helps blood circulation back in the direction it is intended to instead of pooling in the lower body. This ultimately helps control swelling and promotes mobility, reduces pain and discomfort.

The kindest staff. The head pharmacist Moos (spelling may be off) is so understanding and cares about the people they serve. Never make me feel guilty for forgetting a refill, will always do what they can do help. Any medication questions I have I know I can trust their advice. Truly thankful for this pharmacy. They've made the medication part of chronic illness easier which makes a huge difference when you live with it. All other staff are friendly and helpful as well. My family and I have been going there for years and hope to never have to change.
We need more places like Truscott I.D.A. The front staff at the pharmacy greeted us with a smile the minute we walked through the door and directed to where we needed to go. I am a patient at ADAPT Home Health Care. I use compression stockings because of the swelling in my feet and a lot of swelling and blood circulation issues. I have used compression stockings for more than 4 years and I always come to ADAPT Health Care to purchase my compression stockings. The staff here are always very nice and very forthcoming. Compression stockings are the best for varicose veins and if you are feet are hurting. Everyone should be wearing them!

How many positions does a lift chair go in?
The main differences between the different types of lift chairs is the number of positions and range of motion. Ultimately, all of the lift chairs help go from a lying down position to helping you stand all the way up.
A 3-position lift chair recliner puts you in an ideal position for napping, sitting upright and then helping you stand all the way. The infinite position lift chair is a recliner that allows you to move the backrest and footrest independently of each other allowing for maximum comfort. FInally, the trendelenburg enabled lift chair allows you to elevate your feet higher than your head to help promote improved blood circulation, reduce acid reflux and are also beneficial if you are suffering from specific injuries especially in your back.
These lift chair recliners are enabled by a touch of a few buttons allowing you to be easily adjust to the position that you are most comfortable at.
What’s the difference between a lift chair and other recliners?

ADAPT Home Health Care offers white glove service! One your lift chair is ordered and arrives at our location one of our service technicians will ensure that it is in mint and working condition. Once they have approved it and ensured there has been no damage upon delivery we will then coordinate a delivery to your home.
Our service technicians will carefully set up the lift chair in your desired location in your home and then show you how to use it. They won’t leave until you feel comfortable and confident! Upon leaving, the delivery and service technicians will take all of the garbage and boxes.
We try and keep the process relatively simple for you allowing you to focus on what’s most important – YOU!
